The Reference Handbook for Harmonised Core ITS Service Deployment in Europe made its official debut at the ITS World Congress 2021 in Hamburg (D). Printed copies were available at the Congress, as well as videos (at the stand of the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure). On top of this there was also a technical presentation as part of the Congress programme.
Apart form this website The Reference Handbook is also available as a PDF document. The Annex A ‘Deployment References’ is provided as a separate download, as well as the Executive Summary.
Note: Official the Reference Handbook was released in October 2021 and replaces the EasyWay Deployment Guidelines.
